How do I receive my files?

Right after payment you are redirected to your download page and receive an email with download links. If you have an account, files are also available under My Account → Downloads.

Which file formats do you offer?

Most designs include PNG (transparent, 300 DPI), SVG, DXF, EPS and PDF. Embroidery designs include PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3 and HUS. Planners are PDF (print + GoodNotes/Notability compatible). Check the "What's included" section on each product.

Can I use designs commercially?

Yes. Our standard commercial license allows you to sell physical products (up to 500 units per design) made with our files. You may not resell or share the digital files themselves.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final once files have been downloaded. If a file is corrupt or not as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
